Relationship between Leader's Affective Capital and Organizational Health with Considering to the Mediating Role of Nurses’ Affective Capital

Abstract :
Abstract: Supervisors play an important role in the nurses’ vigor and vitality and the health of the work environment. This research was carried out with the aim of determining the relationship between the leader's affective capital and organizational health considering to the mediating role of nurse’s affective capital. The research method was correlation in the framework of structural equation modeling and the statistical population of the study was nurses of a governmental hospital in Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province, among which 196 persons were selected trough accessible sampling manner. Researcher made Leader’s Affective Capital Questionnaire (LACQ), Affective Capital Questionnaire (ACQ) and Organizational Health Questionnaire (OHQ) were used to measure research variables. Results revealed that there is a positive significant relationship between leader's affective capital with nurse’s affective capital and organizational health (p<0.01), also there is a positive significant relationship between nurse’s affective capital and organizational health (p<0.01). Results of structural equation modeling and mediation analysis (bootstrap test) indicated that nurse’s affective capital is a complete mediator on the relationship between leader's affective capital and organizational health.

چکیده: در محیط‌های کاری پرستاران سرپرستان، نقشی با اهمیت در نیرو و نشاط آنها و سلامت محیط کار ایفاء می‌کنند. این پژوهش با هدف تعیین رابطه سرمایه عاطفی رهبر با سلامت سازمانی با توجه به نقش واسطه‌ای سرمایه عاطفی پرستاران اجرا شد. روش پژوهش همبستگی در قالب مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری و جامعه آماری پژوهش پرستاران یک بیمارستان دولتی در استان چهارمحال و بختیاری بودند که از میان آنها 196 پرستار به‌شیوه در دسترس انتخاب شدند. پرسشنامة سرمایة عاطفی رهبر محقق ساخته (LACQ)، پرسشنامة سرمایه عاطفی (ACQ)، و پرسشنامة سلامت سازمانی (OHQ) برای سنجش متغیرهای پژوهش استفاده شد. داده‌ها از طریق ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری تحلیل گردید. نتایج نشان داد که بین سرمایه عاطفی رهبر با سرمایه عاطفی پرستاران و سلامت سازمانی رابطه مثبت و معنادار، و بین سرمایه عاطفی پرستاران با سلامت سازمانی رابطه مثبت و معنادار (01/0p<) وجود دارد. نتایج مدل‌سازی معادله ساختاری و تحلیل واسطه‌ای (آزمون بوت استراپ) نشان داد که سرمایه عاطفی پرستاران می تواند به‌عنوان متغیر واسطه در رابطه میان سرمایه عاطفی رهبر با سلامت سازمانی عمل کند.
