Abstract :
The aim of this study was to compare the health literacy and the lifestyle of Covid-19 patients admitted to Shahid Firooz-abadi Hospital in Tehran's 20th district and non-covid-19 patients. For this purpose, 60 Covid 19 patients admitted to the hospital were compared to 60 patients with diseases other than Covid-19. To achieve this goal, two questionnaires were submitted to the participants; Health literacy of Iran's Urban Population and Miller-Smith Lifestyle Assessment Ques naire. Data analysis was performed using central tendency analysis (mean), and multivariate analysis of variance. The results showed a significant difference between these two groups on the two variables of health literacy and lifestyle. The results showed that the Covid-19 patients had a higher level of health literacy than non-covid-19 patients. It is possible that covid-19 patients attempt to gather health-related information in order to accelerate the recovery process, to prevent other family members from getting infected, to reduce the side effects of medications and the disease, have led to an increase in health literacy in this group compared to non-covid-19 patients. Also, the unfavorable conditions and the long-term side-effects of Covid-19 have caused them to experience an unpleasant lifestyle compared to non-covid-19 patients.

چکیده: پژوهش حاضر با هدف مقایسة سبک زندگی و سواد سلامت بیماران مبتلا به کووید-19 مراجعه‌کننده به بیمارستان و بیماران غیرمبتلا به کووید-19 انجام شد. برای این منظور 60 بیمار مبتلا به کووید-19 مراجعه‌کننده به بیمارستان شهید فیروز آبادی (منطقه 20 تهران) با 60 نفر از بیماران غیرمبتلا به کووید-19 مراجعه‌کننده، مورد مقایسه قرار گرفتند. برای این منظور پرسشنامه‌هایی تحت عنوان «سواد سلامت جمعیت شهری ایران» و «پرسشنامه ارزیابی سبک زندگی میلر ـ اسمیت» در اختیار آنها قرار داده شد. تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از تحلیل تمایل مرکزی (میانگین)، و تحلیل واریانس چند متغیری انجام گرفت. نتایج به‌دست آمده نشان داد که بین این دو گروه در دو متغیر سواد سلامت و سبک زندگی تفاوت معنی‌دار وجود دارد و این تفاوت از نظر سواد سلامت به نفع بیماران مبتلا به کووید-19 و به ضرر بیماران غیرمبتلا به کووید-19 است. در نتیجۀ اقدامات بیماران مبتلا به کووید-19 برای دستیابی به اطلاعات مربوط به سلامت، به‌منظور تسریع روند بهبود، عدم ابتلای سایر اعضای خانواده، کاهش عوارض داروها و بیماری، موجب افزایش سواد سلامت این گروه نسبت به بیماران غیرمبتلا به کووید-19 شده است. همچنین شرایط دشوار، عوارض جانبی و طولانی مدت بیماری کووید-19 در بیماران مبتلا باعث شده است که سبک زندگی ناخوشایندی را نسبت به بیماران غیرمبتلا به کووید-19 تجربه کنند.
