بررسی تأثیر مشاوره، ساخت‌گرایی مسیر شغلی بر تغییرات کیفی زندگی‌نامه شخصی مسیر شغلی آینده دانش‌آموزان

این مطالعه با این هدف انجام شد تا تأثیر مشاوره ساخت‌گرایی مسیر شغلی را بر تغییرات کیفی زندگی‌نامه شخصی مسیر شغلی آینده در دانش‌آموزان دختر پایه نهم، مشخص سازد. روش این پژوهش، نیمه‌تجربی از نوع پیش‌آزمون ـ پس‌آزمون با گروه گواه بود. جامعه آماری آن مشتمل بود بر دانش‌آموزان دختر پایۀ نهم متوسطۀ اول در شهر اصفهان. از این دانش‌آموزان، 54 نفر به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند و به شیوه تصادفی، در دو گروه آزمایش و گواه قرار گرفتند. مداخله به شیوه گروهی، طی 8 جلسه در گروه آزمایش اجرا شد داده‌ها با استفاده از ابزار زندگی‌نامة شخصی مسیر شغلی آینده (FCA) گردآوری شدند که با استفاده از آزمون مجذور خی و ضریب همبستگی فی و تحلیل مضامین روایتی تحلیل شدند. نتایج آزمون مجذور خی نشان دادند تفاوت میان گروه آزمایش و گواه به لحاظ تعداد تغییرات ایجاد شده در زندگی‌نامه‌های مسیر شغلی آینده، معنا‌دار است (05/0>P). نتایج تحلیل مضامین روایتی نیز نشان می‌دهند که مشاوره ساخت‌گرایی مسیر شغلی باعث ایجاد تغییرات روایتی در زندگی‌نامه شخصی مسیر شغلی آیندۀ دانش‌آموزان می‌شود.
The purpose of this study was to investigate whether career construction counseling brings about qualitative changes in the future career autobiography of ninth grade female students. The statistical population consisted of all 9th grade female students in Isfahan city. Among them 54 students were selected by available sampling method who were randomly assigned to the experimental and the control group. The group-based intervention was performed in the experimental group in 8 sessions. Data as collected by using Future Career Autobiography FCA (Rehfuss, 2009) and as analyzed by performing Chi-square test, phi correlation coefficient, and narrative thematic analysis. The results of the Chi Square test showed that the difference between the experimental group and the control group was significant in terms of the number of changes in the future career autobiography (P<0.05). The results of narra-tive thematic analysis also showed that career construction counseling created narrative changes in students' future career autobiography.
