Abstract :
Abstract: The purpose of this research is to Mental and social well-being on work-family overflows and job adjustment of newly married women employed in education in the one district of Urmia. The statistical population of the research included all the married working women in the education of one district of Urmia in the academic year of 2021-2022, which according to the available statistics were approximately 350 people. The sampling method was cluster (based on primary, secondary and secondary schools) and 186 people were selected as a research sample using Morgan's table. The research tools included Small and Reilly's Work and Family Overflow Questionnaire (1990), Keyes' Social Well-Being Questionnaire (1998), Tennant and et all Mental Well-Being Questionnaire (2007), and Davis and Lafqvist's Job Adaptation Questionnaire (1984). Descriptive and inferential statistics (structural equation model) were used to SPSS25 and Smart PLS3 analyzes the data. The study showed that social and mental well-being has a negative and effect on the overflow of work. Social and mental well-being has an effect on job adaptation
